Car Hits Bin Then Runs

Info from Licensor: "SUV swerves off the road to avoid another vehicle and ends up on the sidewalk, hitting a garbage bin. An SUV was coming down a hill really fast on a snowy/icy road, and I had to swerve to avoid another car. They ended up on the sidewalk and crashed into a garbage bin. They then chased after the other car and yelled at them."
