In The Tower of the Elephant, Robert E. Howard introduced Conan to the enslaved extraterrestrial, Yag-Kosha. Born on a distant planet Yag, Yag-Kosha fled his war torn world and flew across the vastness of space to Earth many thousands of years before the Hyborian Age.
On Earth, Yag-Kosha found solace among the jungle people until the sorceror Yara found him. Cunning and evil, Yara tricked and enslaved the alien creature and made him do his bidding.
Until Conan found him.
