Chilly and soggy across Colorado for the next few days

Rain will continue off and on throughout the day.  We are even seeing a light rain/snow mix along the Palmer Divide and in the mountains.  We aren't expecting significant accumulation across the plains, but it could make for some slushy roads.  Temperatures will only climb into the low 40s both today and tomorrow.
