Gino Recchia NBC26 Storm Shield Weather Forecast
The gloomy weather pattern will continue for the next several days as we are in the battle zone between the cold air to the northwest and the warm air ot the southeast. Temperatures fall into the upper 40s tonight with light rain showers and light winds out of hte northeast around 5 mph. Saturday will be warmer with highs in the mid 50s to around 60s degrees. Winds will be out of hte north and northwest around 5 to 10 mph. We will have a few isolated rain showers as well throughout the day. It will not we a washout by any means. Sunday will be cooler with temperatures down in the lower 50s under mostly cloudy skies and a few light rain showers as well. We do warm up for the first half of the work week, as a warm front lifts through. Scattered showers and thunderstorms however will return with temperatures in the lower to mid 70s from Monday through Wednesday. The cooler air returns behind the departing storm with 50s on Thursday and mid 40s on Friday.
