Cirque du Soleil performers scaled the tower at the top of the Seattle landmark to try out a few moves. And it is quite a sight over Seattle! The performers from Cirque du Soleil's Volta showed off their skills on top of the Space Needle. The antenna alone is more than 600 feet high. As it can be seen from the video, all this is done while families are watching from the observation deck. According to the group's material, "Volta" is about being true to oneself and their motto is “Freedom is the ultimate achievement” and with their acrobatics they make sure they live up to this motto. Being in the air is liberating and as pure adrenaline goes straight to your head, there is no more elevating feeling than that!

One grabbed the hand holds and did a star movement then turned himself upside down. The aerial artists fly in long sweeping arcs. Hanging on with hands or feet, they swing and spin gracefully using the light to metaphorically illuminate the journey of the character. One dangles upside down. Another uses their upper body strength to push their body out horizontal to the ground!

Volta is as much energetic as it is urban and with the captivating voyage of discovery has shown people something that has never been seen before in the world of acrobatics. They are inspired by the adventurous spirit which serves as a fuel for their mesmerizing performances. It is more about finding yourself and unveiling your personal powers than about anything else. It is a story of transformation, about being true to yourself while fulfilling your true potential. Nothing is impossible with Cirque du Soleil and their performers look like they lose touch with themselves.

Cirque du Soleil comes from French and it means "Circus of the Sun" or "Sun Circus" and it is a Canadian entertainment company as well as the largest theatrical producer in the world. Each show is a synthesis of circus styles from around the world, with its own central theme and story line. Shows employ continuous live music, with performers rather than stagehands changing the props.

Another video show the perfection of being a performer for this group. With 15 years of competitive jump rope experience, two world records, multiple World and European Jump Rope Championship wins and even a Cirque du Soleil membership, it's safe to say that no one is better at jumping rope than Adrienn Bánhegy. Then one question that the 33-year-old never thought she would have to answer so often is: “Are you making a living by jumping rope?” But the answer is: yes! Adrienn Bánhegyi is a Hungarian athlete, personal trainer, physical education teacher and lecturer, multiple World and European Champion in jumping rope, member of the Cirque du Soleil company and the proud holder of two world records. That is some list of accomplishments! Besides her promotional engagements with Cirque Du Soleil, she also works for German based companies on a regular basis. Her solo act often appears on the stages of Variete Theatres and Special Events.

Watch her give a dazzling performance at an event in Szombathely, Hungary. Unbelievable!
