I started my studies about private rights in 2006, when a police officer violated my 4th Amendment right just to get his ticket quota.

The judge found in my favor just before going to our jury trial, up to the last minute, because.....

THEY EXPECT YOU TO BACK DOWN.

I got the first judge recused for being an asshole.
In traffic court.
In freaking traffic court. 😁

Administrative.

It requires your permission.

You see me screaming, "it's a contract!"
So stop contracting.

The prosecutor was willing to convene a jury, and waste like 20 people's time over a police officer saying my tail lights were out on a brand new Lexus where the lights are automatic and the dashboard would have told me if they were out.

But they expect to find a woman who would simply just bend over and pay.

They are all bark and no bite when you know what you're doing and you simply do not give in.

They cannot move forward without your consent which they will try to get by lying, cheating, and stealing.

Am I supposed to unsee what I have seen?
I can't.

Just like Erin Brockovich discovered the PG&E debacle, my simple traffic tickets over the years has exposed corruption like you can't believe.

The Unified Court System, where we train idiots, give them g*ns, and order them to threaten you if you don't give up your money on demand, or we'll steal your private property and jail you.

They get you to consent.
