Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant 2 days after the October 7th attacks where he since admitted they implemented the HANNIBAL DIRECTIVE and killed their own Israeli military. Weapons inspector Scott Ritter said the Israelis killed 800 of the 1,200 Israelis under the Hannibal Directive that day during the unprecedented 7-hour stand down. And now Gaza has to suffer for it.
