Hi Rumblers! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 20 minute practice gets you ready for the day with challenges and difficulty. It is a full-rounded flow with stability, balancing, strengthen and twist. I was having a bit of difficulty performing the poses with my stiff neck, but it was a blast doing this flow for me and I hope you will love it, too!
