Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia cut energy ties with Russia to join EU power grid

Three Baltic states permanently sever themselves from Russia's electrical grid. And while that move is going to come at a cost for the trio, the EU's foreign policy chief thinks it's a price worth paying.
