### **Khajoor Balls (Date Energy Balls) – Food Fusion Style**

These **Khajoor Balls** are a healthy, quick, and delicious snack, perfect for winter and energy boosts. They are naturally sweet, coated with coconut and sesame seeds, and packed with nutrition!

### **Ingredients:**

- 1 cup **soft dates** (pitted & chopped)
- ½ cup **almonds** (crushed)
- ½ cup **walnuts** (crushed)
- ¼ cup **cashews** (crushed) (optional)
- 2 tbsp **sesame seeds** (roasted)
- ½ tsp **cardamom powder**
- 1 tbsp **ghee** or **coconut oil**
- ½ cup **desiccated coconut** (for coating)
- ¼ cup **roasted sesame seeds** (for coating)

#### **Step 1: Prepare the Mixture**
1. Heat **ghee/coconut oil** in a pan.
2. Add chopped **dates** and cook on low flame until soft.
3. Add **crushed almonds, walnuts, cashews, sesame seeds, and cardamom powder.**
4. Mix well until everything combines into a sticky mixture.
5. Let it cool slightly.
