J6 Court Trial Trevor Brown Motion to Dismiss No Jurisdiction No Oath of Office
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. TREVOR BROWN
MOTION TO DISMISS HEARING
We recommend you read the information provided below to fully understand what is happening in the video.
Trevor Andrew Brown was at the capitol on January 6th, 2021.Trevor was arrested and jailed and he was released on a personal recognizance bond. For those not familiar with a personal recognizance bond or PR Bond. It is saying you must show up to court on certain days and times. There is no money involved so when it comes to bond with no money it's a pretty low offense and the Trevor does not seem like that much of a flight risk. So the court can expect to have him show up.
This also shows that Trevor never had any priors or warrants as he would have been held or a large bond may have been set. This is true as the charges were misdemeanor charges pretty low on the Richter scale of crimes. Trevor Brown was charged with 4 misdemeanor charges in fact, one of the charges it was pointed out in the report could not have happened. We will be going into more details about this at a later time.
Trevors has to fire his attorney because refuses to protect an innocent man.
Trevor's attorney like many of the January 6th defendant's, attorneys refused to bring in the law of the constitution to defend them.
Trevors attorney refuses to allow key video that will prove him innocent. In fact even having one misdemeanor charge completely dropped he did not.
Trevor like many of the J6ers felt like he was not getting due process under the law. For example Trevor's attorney worked at one point for the FBI. The mere fact that Trevor's attorney worked for the FBI he should have recused himself from the case because he might be a bit biased. And to go one more step forward on this. Trevor's attorney did not have Trevors best interest in mind when defending his rights nor was he getting any due process at all. So Trevor had to fire him.
