GLOWING ORBS IN SOUTH. AMERICA...please watch to the end

I'm a amateur satellite images analyst. I roam around maps finding weird things. I keep finding these red/blue/green glowing spheres all over south America south of Rio de Janeiro. if anyone that has trained eyes in analyzing satellite images look under 200ft to start seeing these objects. you can start looking (Parque estadual ilhabela) & ilha de Búzios. also other islands and on the main land at least 20 miles inward and all the coast. I'm limited on the technology to work with so forgive the poor quality.
