Who Is "Chemonics International inc." Ian Carroll sheds some light on it.

The top recipient of USAID funding seems to be a company called Chemonics International inc. and they’re not up to anything good. Though I have yet to find them funding trans operas, they seem to just fund Hillary Clinton’s friends stealing our tax money.
