Trump's Pro-Gun Executive Order - What Does it Do?

President Trump issued a new executive order acting in favor of the Second Amendment by reviewing gun policies from the Biden Administration.

It will also look at the ATF's rules that have been issued over the last term that was doing nothing more than pushing the gun control agenda of the Democrats such as the pistol brace ban, the ghost gun ban, and changing the terms of "engaged in the business" to discourage private gun sales.

There is definitely a lot of good here for gun rights advocates, but I hope they think carefully about how they go forward on some areas, as pending litigation may actually be good for gun rights, as a Supreme Court ruling would be more binding and hinder future administrations from coming back and simply putting the same unconstitutional ATF rules back in place.
