Scottsdale police horse plays in a mud puddle

Check out this video shared by Scottsdale Police. Tug is one of the police department's mounted horses and he was caught playing in a mud puddle Wednesday morning. The Valley saw more than two inches of rain fall in parts as remnants of former Hurricane Rosa moved through the days prior.
