A Slow Day in Chiang Mai: Khao Soi, Sunday Market & Reggae Vibes 🇹🇭

Chiang Mai, Thailand – A slow day, no plans, just exploring. After long motorbike rides from Bangkok, intense gym sessions, and nonstop movement, I finally had a day to breathe. No schedules, no rush—just the city, the food, and the vibes.

I started with Chiang Mai’s famous Khao Soi, the rich and spicy northern Thai noodle dish. Some say the best bowls are hidden in the Old City, so I had to find out for myself. After that, I wandered through the Sunday Market inside the walls of Old Town, where local artisans and street performers bring the night to life.

I also stopped to pick up new SD cards and a hard drive for my GoPro and video editing setup—content creation never stops. As the night unfolded, I found myself in a cozy reggae bar with an incredible live band playing classic hits. A perfect way to wind down before heading home early, because i had to go to immigration next day to extend my visa and visit the coffee plantations in the mountains that the girl from the festival told me about.
