BCBS Class Action Settlement - Update for February 2025 The Court has granted final approval of the Blue Cross Blue Shield class action settlement. On January 26, 2024, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals denied an appeal, reaffirming the nearly $2.7 billion settlement approval. In June 2024, the Supreme Court of the United States also denied an appeal, officially resolving all legal objections. As of February 7, 2025, claim administrators are sending emails to individuals who filed claims. These emails contain a link to the BCBS claim determination portal. Learn more:
