Looping Alert: An Honest Discussion about Deliverance

Looping (for this video) refers to behaviors or thoughts that loop around in a way that makes us frustrated or irritated that we can't seem to control the NEGATIVE behaviors or thoughts
**THIS is NOT for healthy patterns, like exercise, inventing, or a positive hobby like cooking

This can indicate a need for inner healing and deliverance. They go hand in hand.

Proverbs 23:7

2 Corinthians 10:5 NIV
We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God,and we take captive every thought to make it obedientto Christ.

EXAMPLES:
*overeating
We say we will eat better and stop eating when we are full.
This might happen for a few days, but eventually we go back to overeating.

*isolation
we become stressed and we isolate ourselves. We want to get out and connect with others, but we find that we don't want to leave the house and we find comfort in not being around people.

*spending
we have a continued issue with spending that has gone on for years. It's not circumstantial, it is continual. We try to live within our means but we seem to always be behind in our finances.

NOTE:
Looping and even OCD can have benefits! Think of any inventor. Hundreds and thousands of prototypes are created before the invention works the way the inventor invisioned.

OCD: What if a person was thinking about miracles and studying them. That's a way of meditation.
