Is There A Divine Mandate? Who's Truly Called To One?

With much talk about President Trump and the "mandate" he's been given, there seems to be much confusion within the body of Christ as to who was truly given a divine mandate, what that is and what it looks like.

So, the question still remains: Does God have a "divine" mandate from above to make America great again?
