Tolerant Dog Lets Cat Chew On Its Foot

Is that a newly manicured foot? It’s always good to see an innocuous cat vs dog hate-love case. This one, right here, is no different. The dog is at least five folds bigger than the cat who is pretty bold and wild, she doesn’t fear the size! Clearly, the dog is a little annoyed with the cat’s constant foot chewing tendencies, but still lets her get away with it. And the cat on the other hand is fully aware of the effect she is having, caused by her actions, on the dog but she couldn’t care less (Chew away, cat-y!) I find it so adorable.Show more

At first, the cat flinches and moves away making the audience think she’s gonna be nice to the doggie, but if you look closely, you would see well-manicured toe nails. We don’t blame the cat for wanting to go near and sniff them. And the cat doesn’t want to just stop at sniffing, she wants to chew on it, hard. We really appreciate the kind of tolerance our big dog here has, because with that kind of chewing, I’m not sure how we would react! This is the beauty of a cat-dog relationship when they overcome all the hatred and come together as a unit that still gets a little annoyed, time-to-time, with each other’s actions but always find it in their hearts to let it go and love nevertheless.

If you give it a twisted angle, it’s stupid but possibly fair for the cat to look at the dog’s pointy toe and think of a mouse. A mouse that is her enemy till the eternity. That can’t get away without getting bitten. No matter what was shown on Stuart Little part 1, a cat and mouse in real life do not get along. It can clearly be seen in this video. Poor big dog, doesn’t understand what’s cooking in the cat’s head, making the situation all the more hilarious!

Or is it just the way cat expresses her love for the dog. She sniffs, she licks, she chews. We know that the dog doesn’t mind a little chewing here and there. But there is no way we can even picture what it would be like if the dog does this to our notorious cat. We highly doubt that the cat would be able to deal with it just as elegantly. The cat is so tiny in front of the big dog and if he sniffs/ licks/ bites the cat’s foot, we can’t imagine how hard we are going to laugh our stomach out!
