### **Ingredients**
#### **For Bread Pinwheels**
- **6 slices** white bread (edges trimmed)
- **½ cup** milk (for softening)
- **1 tbsp** sugar (optional)
- **½ tsp** cardamom powder
- **Oil or ghee** for frying
#### **For Rabri (Milk Sauce)**
- **2 cups** full-fat milk
- **½ cup** condensed milk (or sugar to taste)
- **½ tsp** cardamom powder
- **2 tbsp** khoya (optional, for richness)
- **Few saffron strands (optional)**
#### **For Filling**
- **½ cup** thick cream (whipped)
- **2 tbsp** powdered sugar
- **2 tbsp** chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
- **½ tsp** rose water (for aroma)
#### **For Garnishing**
- Chopped pistachios & almonds
- Silver leaf (optional)
- Rose petals (for a festive touch)

### **Instructions**
#### **Step 1: Prepare the Bread Pinwheels**
1. Take **trimmed bread slices** and lightly flatten them with a rolling pin.
2. Mix **milk, sugar, and cardamom powder** in a shallow dish.
3. Dip each slice lightly into the milk mixture (do not soak).
4. Place a layer of **sweetened whipped cream** and sprinkle chopped nuts.
5. Roll the bread tightly into a log and seal the edge.
6. Cut into **pinwheels** and set aside.
#### **Step 2: Fry the Pinwheels**
1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan on **medium heat**.
2. Lightly fry the pinwheels until golden brown and crispy.
3. Drain on a paper towel and keep warm.
#### **Step 3: Prepare Rabri (Milk Sauce)**
1. In a saucepan, heat **milk** and bring it to a boil.
2. Add **condensed milk, cardamom powder, saffron, and khoya**.
3. Simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
#### **Step 4: Assemble & Serve**
1. Place the **fried pinwheels** on a serving dish.
2. Pour warm **rabri** over them.
3. Garnish with **chopped nuts, rose petals, and silver leaf**.
4. Let it soak for **10-15 minutes** before serving.
