I’m excited to introduce you to HomeNetwork.tv, a new and innovative platform designed to revolutionize the way communities connect and share content through digital broadcasting. While we are still in the pre-release phase, with our website under construction, our vision is clear: to create a community-driven media network that empowers local businesses, creators, and voices. This project has been in development for over seven years, evolving from ideas that first took shape when I worked as the program director at The Hawk 97.3 FM in Joliet, Illinois. Back then, we saw the impact of giving local talent a platform, with unsigned bands growing their audiences exponentially after regular airplay. Now, we aim to bring that same community empowerment to businesses, artists, and everyday people.
HomeNetwork.tv is launching as a pilot program in two key areas: Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley in Colorado and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our platform is built with the capacity to handle up to 3,200 advertising slots per week, far surpassing the 700 slots that traditional TV networks offer, and we’re able to do this without interrupting the viewer experience. This gives local businesses and creators unprecedented opportunities to connect with their audience.
While we are still building the final features of the website, many of the core components are already in place. After our primary site launch, we will continue to add new features—some based on over 20 years of collected ideas and promotions, others that will evolve from feedback and engagement within the communities we serve.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of [Insert Date], by and between:
1. HomeNetwork.tv, including its affiliated entities WDRN, Stage Craft Productions, WBOU 106.9FM Chicago, Streamlife.tube, and GoLive.tv, located at [Insert Address], hereinafter referred to as the “Disclosing Party,” and
2. [Insert Receiving Party Name], located at [Insert Address], hereinafter referred to as the “Receiving Party.”
1. Purpose
The parties wish to explore a potential business relationship related to the presentation of HomeNetwork.tv’s pilot program, advertising packages, expansion plans, and related innovations. During the course of these discussions, the Disclosing Party may share confidential and proprietary information (the "Confidential Information") with the Receiving Party.
2. Definition of Confidential Information
For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes all non-public information that the Disclosing Party discloses to the Receiving Party, either orally, electronically, or in written form, and which relates to the Disclosing Party’s:
• Business plans and strategies, including future expansions and product innovations like Member-to-Member calling and the Safe Phone App for children.
• Advertising packages, platform functionalities, data, and unique display and content integration technologies.
• Any other proprietary business, financial, technical, or product development information.
Confidential Information shall not include information that:
• Is already public knowledge at the time of disclosure.
• Becomes publicly known through no breach of this Agreement by the Receiving Party.
• Is disclosed to the Receiving Party by a third party without violation of a confidentiality agreement with the Disclosing Party.
3. Obligations of Receiving Party
The Receiving Party agrees to:
• Keep the Confidential Information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.
• Use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of evaluating the potential business relationship with the Disclosing Party.
• Take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information, at least as rigorously as the Receiving Party protects its own confidential information.
4. Term of Confidentiality
This Agreement shall remain in effect for two (2) years from the date of signing, or until the Confidential Information no longer qualifies as confidential under the terms of this Agreement, whichever occurs first.
5. Return of Materials
Upon termination of discussions or at the Disclosing Party’s request, the Receiving Party agrees to promptly return or destroy all documents and other tangible materials representing the Confidential Information and to confirm in writing that all such materials have been returned or destroyed.
6. No License
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to grant any rights to the Receiving Party under any patent, trademark, or copyright, nor shall this Agreement grant the Receiving Party any rights in or to the Confidential Information, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
7. No Obligation
Nothing in this Agreement shall obligate either party to proceed with any transaction or relationship between them, and each party reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate discussions and negotiations at any time.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Confidential Information and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral, with respect to the Confidential Information.
