Teenage Boy Is Attracted To Rich Neighbors' Wife He Finds Out He Has Been Used.

Young adult Doug Martin (played by Nick Jonas) is enjoying the summer at the family's lakeside cottage. Doug is instantly attracted to Elliot Harper's young partner, Lena Harper (Isabel Lucas), when the wealthy investment strategist moves in adjacent to him. Elliot employs Doug to help him with his yacht so that he can spend more time with Lena, who is often left alone when he is away on the workplace. Lena and Doug start having an affair after Doug gives up his virginity to her. Lena gives them prepaid telephones to keep in touch and is often on Doug's case regarding Elliot's controlling and jealous tendencies. Lena has assault symptoms that she attributes to Elliot.
Lena summons Doug over to her home late one night, and when he arrives, he discovers Elliot murdered on the floor.
