This is a pathetic attempt at damage control.

CUOMO: “We don’t know that that’s what it was. That’s not the story.”

O’REILLY: “No, no. Their own employees of Politico said the reporters on the story would not run it.”

CUOMO: “We don’t know that that’s why they didn’t run the story.”
