The third of our four scenes from Ayn Rand's ANTHEM — a dystopian thriller in which an envy-dominated society has descended into a new Dark Age. As Equality 7-2521 is driven by forbidden curiosity to discover himself, he finds a value that challenges his controlled existence: Love.
