John le Carré Interview (1963) CBC Radio - with David Silcox
9 months ago
67
This interview took place in December 1963, just after John le Carré had won the British Crime Writers' Association (CWA) Gold Dagger award for, 'The Spy Who Came in from the Cold'.
This is the earliest interview recording I can find. The interviewer is lameness on a stick - asking all the usual hackneyed dumb questions of a lazy clown who is not interested in answers, but is just pretending to be a journalist for money.
