Hello, friends! Here I show one of my difficult workouts to strengthen strength endurance, and the joints of the fingers. Unfortunately the entire video has not been filmed, here I've done 200 times in about 14 minutes, but here only 175 push ups are shown, which I did for 12 minutes. But still I wanted to publish and show you my this training. I hope you enjoy my good friends.
