Mason mom accused of threatening student

Police arrested the mother of a Mason City Schools student Thursday. The woman is accused of threatening physical violence against another student, according to a release from the city. The parent, Leanne Fischer, is charged with menacing in Warren County. The threat was made against a student at Western Row Elementary via a video posted on social media, police said.
