'Houston: I Have A Problem' aids neighbors

Police arrested the mother of a Mason City Schools student Thursday. The woman is accused of threatening physical violence against another student, according to a release from the city. “Houston, I Have A Problem” just solved a problem for a Delhi man and his neighbors. Tom Schulte has lived in the area for more than 25 years and had seen a problem getting worse and worse. They said a dead tree and its limbs posed a danger for people in the area.
