**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Bottle Gourd:**
- ut the peeled bottle gourd into four pieces and remove the seeds. - ake two pieces, cut them into small cubes, and set aside. - rate the remaining two pieces and set aside separately.
2. **Cook the Bottle Gourd Cubes:**
