Bible Prophecy Update: Do You Have Eyes to See?
The Holy Bible is about 1/3 Prophecy. The Holy Scriptures make clear that "...the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." We are told that there are "deep things of God" and we are further told that Prophecy is of no secret interpretation.

The Bible interprets itself.

When we study and rightly divide, and when we are obedient to what we read from the Word of God Himself (Jesus/Yeshua)....and when we are believers and followers of Jesus Christ (Yeshua Hamashiach in Hebrew)....who WATCH as Jesus told us to do, then we will indeed recognize the day approaching.

Today we are in the "Acceptable Year of the Lord" which Jesus declared when He walked the earth in the flesh (before He was crucified). Jesus declared the time period we are currently in. When we read from where Jesus read in Isaiah 61 (Luke 4:19), we can see that Jesus closed the book--not yet declaring what follows the Acceptable Year of the Lord, which is the "DAYS OF VENGEANCE."

The Days of Vengeance if you study the parallel verses in Luke 21 & Matthew 24 is the same time period as The Great Tribulation and we have discussed this in our previous Bible Studies (see links below). We have also discussed in past Bible Studies how the original Hebrew words for that phrase & time period that Jesus declared (Acceptable year of the Lord) when He read from Isaiah 61, that means as follows:

Acceptable (Favor/Grace) Year (age) of the Lord.

Jesus named the age we are in today. This age, according to the signs we were given in the Holy Word and Truth (Bible) is coming to an end. Then the time period-according to Isaiah 61 that follows is the Days of Vengeance, which again, when you study and rightly divide, between the parallel verses in Matthew 24 & Luke 21, we learn is the same time period known by many other names in scripture: Great Tribulation (Matthew 24), Days of Vengeance & Wrath (Luke 21), Time of Jacob's Trouble (Jeremiah 30:7)....

There is so much happening today. And when you look through the lens of scripture you can no longer deny the hour at hand. We are told we will see the day approaching and we are seeing the day approaching if you have eyes to see and ears to hear.
