Jesus Christ unequivocally declared His divine nature, leaving no room for doubt. In John 8:58, He proclaimed, "Before Abraham was, I am," directly identifying Himself with Yahweh, the eternal God who revealed Himself to Moses in Exodus 3:14. This assertion was so clear that His contemporaries sought to stone Him for blasphemy, recognizing His claim to deity. Furthermore, in John 10:30, Jesus stated, "I and the Father are one," affirming His unity and equality with God the Father. These declarations are not mere metaphors but explicit affirmations of His divine identity. The Gospel of John consistently presents Jesus as the preexistent Word, who was both with God and was God, and who became flesh to dwell among us (John 1:1, 14). This is the undeniable truth of Christianity: Jesus is God incarnate, the Savior of humanity.
