School notifies parents after 13-year-old receives threatening messages

Threats sent to 13-year-old Kyra in 2017 were "vulgar," her mom, Leanne Fischer, said. At the time, assistant principals, noticed a problem and acted, and found out about the threatening messages sent over the Snapchat app.
