Husky vs. Yoga – She Judged Me the Whole Time 😩

I tried to get in a quick stretch session to help with pain and mobility—doctor’s orders—but Lilith, my feisty little husky, decided it was her time to shine.

In this video, I talk a bit about my recent weight gain, why I’m back to doing physical therapy stretches, and how I’m working through the discomfort... all while my dog climbs on me, side-eyes me, and demands full attention.

Lilith starts acting all innocent the minute the camera comes on—but don’t be fooled. She was 100% in the way the entire time 😂
