3. Add **sugar**, **mawa (khoya)**, and **milk powder**. Stir until the mawa is completely dissolved and the mixture thickens.
4. Add **cardamom powder** and **saffron strands** for flavor and color. Stir well to incorporate.
5. Let it cool slightly, then add **fresh cream** and **rose water** (if using). Mix until smooth.
