Info from Licensor: "I’m a truck driver living in South Carolina. I was in South Atlanta when I saw this go down. I noticed a cop had his Taser pulled out on a guy who was resisting arrest and once he started running I knew I had to start videoing. Once the guy got tasered, the cop handcuffed him and he stood up and walked away handcuffed with the cop. Guy seemed fine, a little banged up maybe. I was like 'damn'."
