Car Gets Caught in Tornado's Path

Info from Licensor: "I was coming back from work and was traveling along Prince of Wales Drive in Ottawa. A little before 6:00 PM, my phone went off with a tornado warning, and the traffic lights stopped working a little before the attached video. Then, a little after 6:00 PM, I believe the tornado which landed in Arlington Woods zapped across Prince of Wales Drive and into the river. The tornado winds were strong enough to bring traffic to a grinding halt as well as bring down several power poles. This power breakdown began a period of 56 hours without electricity."
