Sonic Advance 3 - Twinkle Snow 1 in 0:37:73

Time attack of Twinkle Snow Act 1 in Sonic Advance 3, with Tails+Sonic, in 0:37:73. Ran on the JP version.

Pretty good, and within 0.2 seconds of werster's time without doing the dumb hoop skip. This stage is more annoying than it looks.

0:21 - The slope jump after this hoop is a little annoying. There's also a way to skip the hoop but it requires a really dumb frame perfect jump into another really tight tag jump

0:33 - About 50-50 chance the game will subpixel you and kill all your speed when landing here. Annoying run-killer.

0:39 - You can skip this minecart with a usually frame-perfect tag, but I found it barely saves any time at all with human inputs, so I opted for this easier strat. Doing a tag-jump off of a downhill slope gives you even more speed that can then be carried into Tails flight, which is why entering the cart ends up being fast anyways (skipping the cart doesn't give you this opportunity)

If sonic is your partner, you can jump with his tag action in the air by letting go of R and pressing A on the same frame. I pause buffer this action and only this action alone so I can perform it more reliably.
