Charlotte County Sheriff's Office investigating death of inmate

Officials are investigating the sudden death of an inmate at Charlotte County Jail on Wednesday. He was found unresponsive in his cell at 5:15 p.m. after last being checked at approximately 5:00 p.m, police said.
