Hi Rumblers! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 20 minute intermediate practice incorporates movement to engage your core and hips, from stability and balance to contraction and flexibility. This was a challenging yet fun practice for me as I had to practice with strong wind against me during my balances. Nevertheless, we get better with difficulty and I hope you will love it, too!
