Uykuluk is a offal street food. It is made in Turkey, especially in the Sütlüce district of Istanbul. Although sleepiness comes from lambs and calves, suckling lamb is most preferred. Uykuluk consists of some glands located in the upper part of the animal's rib cage. This incredible street food that tastes great is eaten a lot in Turkey.
