A car wash owner believes he has invented a machine that can clean dirty water and save millions of lives in the third world.

Trained engineer Sean Ashwell, 53, stumbled across his humanitarian breakthrough while trying to cut down his £450 a month water bills.
He claims he has now developed a machine for recycling water used on dirty motors which is being fine-tuned into something he believes could transform the health of nations.
