Fraud at the core of the FDA. Let's face it. Hopefully it will change. But here at the start of 2025, the FDA is completely captured by Big Pharma. Take for example, "user fees" that drug companies pay the FDA in order to review their products for approval. Yes, you heard that right? Since 1992, the when President Reagan downsized government, he cut funding for the FDA, leaving them in need of funding from Big Pharma. It's called the Prescription Drug User Fee Act, and it was passed into law in 1992. It allows drug makers to pay the FDA user fees for evaluating the safety and efficacy of their products. This includes drugs and vaccines. Since that time, the industry has become tightly merged with the regulators in the classic revolving door with regulators from FDA routinely retiring into positions with plush executive, Big Pharma companies after conveniently approving their specific drugs that put millions in their personal bank accounts.
