“Did You Hear He Escaped Again?” (July 2024)

Two social workers arrive at the Ditch residence to speak to Andrew's father, Tom, regarding Andrew's upcoming court date.

Notes:
3:33 – Tom confirms that if something were to happen to himself or Jan, Joe will not be responsible for Andrew.
4:13 - Tom states that Andrew's behavior became significantly worse after his psychiatrist retired.
6:30 – Henry, Andrew's APS worker, is off the case.
7:00 – Tom says that if Andrew is dumped on him, he will have Andrew arrested and thrown in jail (this was after Andrew had attacked Tom in the car on the way home from the rehabilitation center where Tom had been staying after a fall.)
