The Mini Apple Hand Pies are so easy to make, a great little Bite of a scrumptious Dessert.

Mini Apple Hand Pies
Ingredients:
1 Pie Crust (9" Ready to bake)
1/4 -1/3 cup Apple Sauce, chunky
1-1/2 tbsp Turbinado Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Egg
1 tbsp Water

Combine Turbinado Sugar and Cinnamon.
Whisk Egg and Water together, set aside.
Preheat Oven 350° F.
Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Cut out 12 -3" Circles from Pie Crust.
Brush each Circle with Egg Wash.
Fill with one tsp of Apple Sauce.
Fold Pie Crust and crimp Edges with Fork.
Cut 2 small Slits on top.
Place on prepared Baking Sheet and brush with Egg Wash.
Sprinkle generously with Sugar Mixture.
Bake 22-25 Minutes or until golden.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
