Metroid Fusion - Final Boss Oddity

Using MAGE (a Metroid Fusion/Zero Mission level editor created by Biospark) to access the final boss room without playing through the game results in this.
This is also why the music heard is not what would normally play during this scene, and also why there is no countdown.

The Core X that the SA-X turns into will fully heal you as normal, but will not grant you the Ice Beam or the final suit as intended, and the Omega Metroid cannot attack or be damaged, essentially softlocking you.
