How a Mountain Bike is Made | Pivot Cycles Factory Tour

Last week I had an opportunity to visit the Pivot Cycles HQ for some exclusive behind the scenes action on the development of their all new Trailcat mountain bike. It was an amazing experience for me to get out and learn more about the process all the way from design to quality control. This was definitely a bucket list trip for me.

I set out with a goal in 2025 of learning more about the world of bikes and this was one hell of a way to kick it off! So thanks to @pivotcyclesusa for taking the time to show Shaun and I around the factory. It's not something I'll forget anytime soon!
