Imagine becoming both the World Time Trial Champion and Olympic Champion in the time trial and road race in a single season. A unique achievement. In almost every case, this would automatically qualify you as the 'Rider of the Year.' Almost every case—because in 2024, that honor doesn’t go to Remco Evenepoel. There’s only one cyclist who can claim that title this year: Tadej Pogačar. In this article, we’ll attempt to capture the Slovenian rider’s extraordinary 2024 season with UAE Team Emirates in numbers. Warning: the stats are staggering.

Tadej Pogačar started the 2024 season right where he left off in 2023: by winning. And in what fashion. With a successful 81-kilometer solo effort, he claimed victory in Strade Bianche for the second time. It was a sign of things to come in what would turn out to be a stunning season.

In 2024 Tadej Pogacar won: Giro di Ialia (Grand Tour of Italy), Tour de France, World Championship Road Race. These results are preposterous.

What is MEMS technology:
Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems, or MEMS, is a technology that in its most general form can be defined as miniaturized mechanical and electro-mechanical elements (i.e., devices and structures) that are made using the techniques of microfabrication. The critical physical dimensions of MEMS devices can vary from well below one micron on the lower end of the dimensional spectrum, all the way to several millimeters. Likewise, the types of MEMS devices can vary from relatively simple structures having no moving elements, to extremely complex electromechanical systems with multiple moving elements under the control of integrated microelectronics. The one main criterion of MEMS is that there are at least some elements having some sort of mechanical functionality whether or not these elements can move. The term used to define MEMS varies in different parts of the world. In the United States they are predominantly called MEMS, while in some other parts of the world they are called “Microsystems Technology” or “micromachined devices”.

MIMO, short for Multiple-Input Multiple-Output, is a wireless communication technology that utilizes multiple antennas for transmitting and receiving signals. Primarily employed in Wi-Fi and mobile communications, MIMO technology offers significant enhancements in system capacity, coverage range, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
