Dr Zee provides an interview about his invention of MEAI. He initially proposed that the compound would be a good candidate for an alcohol replacement product. However, he ultimately made the decision to sell the patent to ClearMind Medicine which is conducting clinical trials in an effort to produce it as pharmaceutical approved for the treatment of alcoholism.
