USAID gave Ukrainian President Zelensky 25 post-election ‘red lines’, Mike Benz reports

Foundation for Freedom Online Executive Director Mike Benz reveals how shortly after Volodymyr Zelensky’s 2019 election win, 70 NGOs backed by USAID issued him 25 “red lines” not to cross. These directives barred Zelensky from negotiating with Russia without USAID support, restricted his control over media institutions, banned the Russian language from state media, and limited his authority to enact certain energy and banking policies. Benz suggests President Donald Trump release a Ukraine “Twitter files” exposing the U.S. State Department and USAID’s social media censorship of the Ukraine-Russia war.
